What we do

A telemetry and operations platform. A retrofit board fits existing machines regardless of manufacturer and reports plays, revenue, payouts, faults and door openings in real time over cellular. Cashless payment is added to any machine. The dashboard shows revenue per machine per day, prize cost against revenue, fault alerts, and route planning that sequences visits by actual need rather than by geography. Venue owners get their own read-only view of their revenue share, which removes every monthly argument.

Who we built it for

Amusement, claw machine, vending and pool-table route operators with 30 to 3,000 machines, plus family entertainment centres and arcade chains.

The problem

A route operator drives to machines to find out whether they are full, broken or empty, and learns a machine has been jammed for three weeks when the venue finally calls.

Cash handling is unaccounted, payout ratios are guessed, and nobody knows which placements are profitable after the driving time.

It is a data business run entirely without data.
